- Shipping Address
- Please provide us a physical shipping address. For security reasons, amomba ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. Please note: Any changes to the shipping address that you supply must be made before your order is shipped. Any requests to change the shipping address will result in the $10 Address Correction Fee (see below for details).
- Shipping
- We ship products Monday - Friday only. Shipping of all orders is subject to payment verification and processing. Since all watches are custom designs, most orders are shipped within 10 working days from the time the order is placed and payment confirmed. Your shipping address must be correct. If it is necessary to correct your address once your order has shipped, you will be charged a $10.00 change of address fee. All orders require a signature upon delivery.
- Address Correction Fee
- If you provide us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no apartment number listed, transposed zip code, zip code that doesn't match the city, etc.) UPS® charges us a $10.00 address correction fee. Due to this, we must receive full and fair reimbursement for this expense from the purchaser. We will charge $10.00 to the purchaser to offset this expense only if the mistake is made by the customer. The best way to avoid this fee is to provide complete and accurate address information for your order.

Return Policy
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That is why we offer a 14 day, money back guarantee.
- 1. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, call us within 14 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Customers must contact our customer service department to obtain the RMA number. THIS RMA MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. Packages sent without the RMA number specified will be rejected.
- 2. The watch must be returned in original packaging including manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) along with any other original packaging. You will need to secure the original manufacturers packing inside appropriate shipping materials such as box w/peanuts or bubble wrap, etc. We expect the package shipped to us the way we shipped the watch to you if possible.
- 3. You must pay for all shipping costs. Collect shipping will be refused. For your own protection, you may wish to insure the watch you are returning. If you choose not to insure the package - all liability is yours.
- 4. A one time restocking fee of 10% per watch will be charged for all returns to cover expenses.
- 5. The watch can only be returned if it has NEVER been worn. It is impossible to wear a watch (even for short) periods and not get it scratched or blemished. If the watch shows the slightest sign of being worn, we cannot accept it, as we do not sell used or refurbished merchandise.
- 6. If the watch you are returning has been resized or modified in anyway, such as removing bracelet links, we will be unable to issue a refund.
- 7. No Refund for returned engraved watches unless engraving is not done according to customer's instructions.
- 8. For defective watches please see our Warranty Information. Repair times can vary between 30-180 days.
Warranty Information
- amomba timepieces have been carefully made and tested to meet our traditional high quality standards. We warranty all of our products to be free from manufacturer’s defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
- Warranty Repair Procedure
- If your watch has a manufacturer’s defect within one year of your date of purchase, you may send the watch to APWM Inc. for repair service under warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to replace a watch submitted under warranty with an identical watch or one of equal value, whenever necessary. This warranty is extended only to the original retail purchaser.
This warranty is voided by abnormal wear and tear, misuse or accident. Warranty protection does not apply if your watch has been tampered with, altered or repaired by other than an authorized APWM Service Center.
APWM Inc. makes no other representations of warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, as to merchantability fitness for particular purpose or any other matter with respect to this product. APWM Inc. is not to be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages occurring from the failure or malfunction of this product.
- Mailing Your Watch for Service
- Pack it carefully with cushion wrapping material for protection against shock. Use a sturdy box and seal with tape.
Insure package to protect against loss or damage.
If the required service is NOT under warranty, you will be contacted with an estimate; otherwise, watch will be returned duly serviced.
We will attempt to complete the service within 10 working days of receipt of watch. All packaging, shipping and insurance costs shall be borne by the customer. Include a check for $8.00 for shipping and handling and send to:
